Synopsis
"Alaska" is a top secret Liberty system. The entrance to Alaska is commonly referred to as Z21 or Zone 21. All unauthorized ships in Zone 21 will be shot on sight by the Liberty Navy. All other information is classified: Top Secret. As far as the Liberty Government and Military are concerned, "it doesn't exist."
