=Introduction

The Liberty navy represents all that is free in this world of inequalities and untruths of character. We stand where others won’t, we fight what they say is a losing battle. Why? For the freedom of those who depend on us, we are the Southern Alliance and we do not falter when the line is drawn for peace and war.

The Southern Alliance receive direct economic support from the Jacobi administration currently in charge of Liberty. Due to the support that the current establishment gifts us with, we currently have the most advanced naval fleet in Sirius capable of combating most any enemy. State of the art research into any and all advancements is always underway at classified naval research bases making it so those who can not fight may rest easy.

Historical Information

Shortly after the conclusion of the conflict with the Nomad invaders and the tainted Rheinland forces president Jacobi saw a precedent, the precedent for two fleets to guard Liberty. Upon this decision sat the possibility to shatter Liberty down a fault line yet unknown, north and south. The formation of the Northern and Southern Alliances left many with feelings of unease and insecurity, two fleets to defend one country, especially one as large as Liberty? The debate raged for a short while before the word was given, California and Texas would rally their forces and form a new fleet headquartered in Virginia and the remainder would form a second fleet headquartered in New York. Yet, the debate seems to be over after years as the fleets sent to the Northern Alliance were re-organized under the Southern Alliance command those who are now autonomous from the governmental bureaucracy of New York but still hold true to the traditions set by the Liberty Navy. Therefore, the Southern Alliance continue to offer dedicated support to all her brethren within Liberty and borders.

  • Fleet coordination is also obligatory; you will not be allowed to fly solo from the group without specific orders from command. We fight as one, and die as one. This is not your personal romp.
