There isn't much info on this base built inside one of the large pieces of obsidian asteroids in the Austera Nube. Older Outcasts tell a story of a planet named Corsica. The size of the complex indicates that it may be the source of the feared Outcast Dreadnoughts guarding the Outcast space. Rumor is that this might be the home of the legendary Ghosts of Razgriz...

Head straight up above the plane from anywhere. Once clear of the gas, the base should be visible, along with a large singularity. Docking points are located at the very top of the base.
