The Gallic "Perilous" Class Gunboat is the backbone of the Royal Navy's ongoing efforts to stem the tide of unwanted incursion. Equipped to quickly put to paid any fools rash enough to test the snub defenses of Gallic lanes and infrastructure.

Handling
The Perilous handles as well as any other gunboat found in Sirius, though it's flat body is useful for traversing rocky space. It is, however, quite a bit larger than most Sirian gunboats and falls strongly in the "heavy gunboat" group of ships. Given its large size and moderate armament, it is more of a support ship than a solo operator, designed more toward interdicting enemy supplies and staying alive than destroying heavy capital ships or taking on enemy bombers.
