Dijon is the largest space colony in the Gallic Border Worlds. Built in 709-714 A.S., it houses more than three thousand civilians, corporate workers, miners, Police and Navy employees. Shortly after the Second Gallic War had begun, the station was heavily fortified to counter the potential Council assaults that were soon to follow. The Council failed to catch the colony defenders unprepared like they had at Nimes Station, but the war made it tougher to find freelance jobs that many locals relied on to earn a living, forcing them to emigrate back into the core systems of Gallia.

Dijon station is currently responsible for outfitting all Gallic Royal Navy capital ships operating in the Gallic Border Worlds, and is very busy supplying the fleet buildup in Dauphine.
