Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Gallia
Can fulfill bounty contracts
Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except the Junkers and Unione Corse
Cannot participate in any unlawful actions except pirating traders and corporations
Cannot use any Liners except the Prison Liner

Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
