Hikone is a small Blood Dragon outpost concealed by the Hiryo nebula. It serves as a repair and refueling station for ships moving to and from the Sigma 13 system and those that patrol the nebula. The Blood Dragons also raid the Osaka Storage Facility from Hikone. The Golden Chrysanthemums sometimes use the base as a waystation on their cardamine smuggling route, a practice the Blood Dragons only begrudgingly allow on the condition that no Cardamine is traded on the station itself.
