{{Review|[[User:Total.Absolution|Total Absolution]]|Meant to bridge the gap between cruisers and battleships, the Liberty Assault Battlecruiser happens to do just that, but not exactly in a good way. Its armor is on the lower end of the Battlecruiser class, with the second to last armor rating versus the other Battlecruisers. While still having more armor then any cruiser, it lacks a thruster, and the much needed agility to defeat its heavier, and lighter, opponents. It does have quite a bit of firepower however, with the power core to support it. In terms of size, the LABC sits in the middle, being smaller then the Geb, but bigger then the Bullhead, and slightly bigger then the Argus.

In combat, you'll find this is best suited to hunting heavy cruisers and heavy battleships. With cruisers, your best bet is to rush the enemy with prims and light mortars, and hope they don't thrust away. If they do, make sure to get close to them, or else they can simply sit at range and whittle you down to nothing. Either that or see if you can missile of their thrusters, which makes they rather easy prey. Against battleships, you have to be careful with this. Staying at range and lobbing pulses/light mortars/missiles is the safest thing to do. If the battleship starts to look towards you, turn around and slam forward. If its close enough to land hits often, slam cruise and get away to at least 3 Kilometers at the least. After staying at range for a while, most battleships will get tired and look for a new target. Don't try and solo a battleship in this, unless you really know what you are doing.

Against snubs, you'll find that this ship is helpless. Even with Solaris, it is still easily killed by two bombers. Your best bet is to avoid bombers all together. If you have to, go forward and switch to turret view, and lay down pressure with primaries, or Solaris if you have them. When Snacs are being shot, dodge with strafing maneuvers or by jamming reverse and turning.  }}

Liberty government was always aware that their most dangerous potential enemies are not pirates or smugglers, but other Houses. For the case of full-scale war between Houses, the Liberty Navy has a secret weapon that may unexpectedly turn the tide of any battle - a heavily armored and fast Assault Battlecruiser, capable of breaching enemy formations and quickly taking out key capital ships of the opposing side.
