History

The PlanetFall its one of the first "Nephilim"-class Colony Ships. Initially comissioned as a prototype ship, it was mainly used as an exploratory vessel for the deeper omicrons. After months of exploration and charting, one day a dozen of nomad cruisers ambushed it. After the fight, all the escorts were dead, the nephilim was barely holiding, almost all ofc the battleship's bays were blown up, inluding the engines, only the bridge and a docking bay remained fuinctional. It has gone silent.

After two years it has been found at the edge of the Omicron Zeta by a Canaan scout pilot, named Briggs O'Harley. He scanned the misteroius Nephilim, and detected a working docking module. Nervous, but curious, he docked the ship. Constantly tired reporting the wreck's presence and location, his communications were being jammed by an unkonwn force, as the one present in the nomad war. Without proper armament or crew, he tried to fly back to the nearest freeport, but the docking bay doors were jammed. He had to manualy override the systems in order to get out; the problem was: the override console was in the bridge sectoin.

Equiping his reliable MK48 pistol, he started searching the ship for the bridge. Working his way through the dangerous battleships coridords, he finally found the main cosole, and a strange nomad device. In the moment he saw it, he backed up and said to himself "What the hell is this?". After steering at it for minutes, he finaly accesed the console and unlocked the doors. After he left, he looked up in the data records. Then he understood the device's purpose: It was linked to the docking bay's doors, jamming them after the opening so it can trap inside any intruder, and call a nomnad cleaning party.

He quickly opened the long reange communications systems and alerted the order in the Omicron Mu of the incoming nomad threat. They quickly mobilized a heavy assault escort and a repair ship and raced to the wreck site .Shortly after the Order's arrival several nomad gunboats and a couple of cruisers tried to repel the intruders, but failed. Both ,the escorts and Briggs, were cofused why the nomads would sent a small fleet to protect a damaged zoner nephilim?

At Livadia, they discovered that the lost nephilim was carring rare dereclict artefacts and a huge load of nomad remains. After the price trading for the escort, they come down to a deal: handling the artefacts and the remains to the order. The Neph was restored to a functional state, and returned to given to the Canaan Project in order to speed up theire terraforming research.
