The planet is entirely covered by a deep ocean where organic life is abundant. New, often edible species of aquatic life are being discovered almost every day. Borneo is an undepletable source of food, feeding all Colonial bases in the region. When large pockets of gas were discovered beneath Borneo's ocean bottom, the colonials constructed several drilling platforms that send the mined gas (mostly O2) to the orbiting Minato Harbor.
