• Can demand cargo in Omicron Kappa.
• Can attack ship diplomatically hostile to the Consensus in Sigmas and system that do not contain a jumpgate
• Can attack any ship in self-defense or in defense of another AI ship anywhere.
• Cannot use any transports with more than 4,200 cargo.
• Cannot participate in unlawful actions except as described above.
