Quebec is a system in a chain of systems that serve as an alternative route from Liberty to Rheinland. But due to recent military occupation by the Liberty Navy; as a result of the conflicts with Rheinland; it has been turned into a war zone. Multiple Rheinland and Liberty vessel wrecks are adrift in the system due to recent clashes between the two houses.
