Not much is known about Torshavn except it was built a while ago to establish a Gaian presence in the Cambridge system. Currently, it has less than two hundred permanent inhabitants, with most Gaian settlers preferring to occupy ice asteroid bases elsewhere in the system. It is possible that if Torshavn were opened to outsiders, that it would have the potential to become a local freeport and shipping center.
