This guide should be updated. Though, only a mod is able to do so.
Instead of saying it needs to be updated, say what needs to be updated.
The MkIII Cloak (the new Transport Cloak) requires the same materials as the MkII (GB/Cruiser Cloak)

Updated, thank you St. Denis.
The Cloaks now use Batteries instead of the different Fuels.

Also the Transport Cloak is for Transports over 2200 hold.

The MkII Advanced is for Cargo Holds greater than 900 and less than 2200

Transport/Mk III cloaks don't actually have a "hold limit" (it's listed as 0), it's just that their heavy cloak batteries take 2 units of cargo space per piece, so they can actually work well on several ship classes if you have hold space available.
