We're looking into it, it wasn't intended, that's for sure.
I've already dropped the multiplier down to 1 for a nice and lovely 20 days of decay for a Core 4. In order to make things scale more reasonably we'll need to adjust W&T to not scale with core level. That, in turn, affects how quickly a PoB repairs and therefore how many sieges it would require to destroy one, so we'll have to tinker with the numbers a bit to get the intended result.
those exoctic modules ... i know they make code weapons and shields and other stuff .... but what they make in detail? is there a list in detail of what they can make and what materials they need?
Also, why does the process have to last for 6 days?!
The resources needed are quite scattered and the mining in uncharted takes a while.
Overall 7 days to make a code gun in your PoB, minimum (that is if you have the time to invest and play at least 4 hours a day)
Is there a list of how much crew / scientists the individual factory / refinery modules need?
I am a bit confused about the FOW consumtion.
Is it :
1 Crew x 1 Water + 1 Oxygen + 1 Food every 12h

Crew and Scientists require 1 each of FOW every 12 hours.
1. Are Hyperspace scanners removed (MK 1,2&3) ? Cant seem them on survey module crafting list.
2. What are these 2 new commodities? (Reflective Lattices and Organic Capacitors)? Cant find any info about them not in this thread, not in mining thread too? Are they mineable? Where?
