DSCore: Redemption

Battleships of the Valor class that the Council had gained to aid its cause come from different origins. Some are the earliest modifications of its class that were already decommissioned and brought to scrapyards when the Council marines boarded and captured them. Some are newer and much more powerful vessels that either had their crew defect from the Royal Navy to join the Council, or were disabled during the battles for the Champagne system and later repaired and re-pressurized in the docks of Chalons-en-Champagne and Reims. Nowadays, the battleships never leave the Champagne system, forming nearly impenetrable defense barrier for Marne that has become the home planet of the Council.
