They hope that her actions will destabilize the Bretonian underground world before her real nature is revealed. Mildra's actions since her infection included attempts of assassination against Bretonian Armed Forces officers, misleading information sent to Gallic Royal Navy fleets and even attempts to break the non-aggression stance towards the Mollys.
