The XJ-2 "Serval" Gallic Heavy Fighter is used by recruits who have passed basic fighter combat training in their XJ-1 light fighters. Heavier, though packed with more firepower, the XJ-2 acts as a springboard for the pilot's career into the ranks of the Royal Navy.

Handling
Built to the Royal Navy's standard of balancing power and speed to meet any and all threats on a level plain the JX-2, the ship was unveiled in 817 A.S. and represents the cutting edge of Gallic snub technology. Heavier and not as nimble as the XJ-1, the XJ-2 is more agile than its counterpart the XJ-3 used by experienced Royal Navy pilots.
