Tau-39 is one of the systems outside the Barrier Nebula, the system was explored by some Independent Mining Guild miners in search for new mining fields in 806 A.S, they eventually discovered this system with rich deposits of Helium and Copper.
Recent scientific and astronomical research done by the Independent Mining Guild found out that the orbit of Tau-39's star is decaying quickly. Many theories were made, and the possible scenario is that within 864 A.S, Tau-39 will cease to exist.
