[[The Order]]'s expirimentation with the early Bastet model laid bare several critical flaws in the design. The overequipped, but underpowered Bastet simply lacked the maneuverability and endurance to survive long enough to bring its firepower to bear. In my eyes the best figther for players that like agile ships. It feels like a good mix of Guardian and Avenger but it very hard to fly. In good hands it may be the best VHF in Sirius but just a few people are so good and people with that skill will be eaten by any Nomad or Core ship. Rate: 10/10 Pros: Agility and generaly handling Cons: (Armor,) Skill, Core, Output Place in top 10: 3 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by Misterich |

This Order only ship is a very quick and agile little craft. She is favoured by pilots with top fighting skills due to her supreme dodging ability. In the hands of a skilled pilot, the Bastet can be near impossible to hit for any other than a crack shot. Adding to her strength is her capability to mount 6 Class 10 weapons; 2 on each of her wings and 2 nose either side of the nose. Adding to this, she can mount one fighter torpedo or cruise disrupter and a Class 5 turret; although this can only fire backwards. To offset the powerful weaponry she can mount, is her powerplant, which is fairly low compared to some other Very Heavy Fighters. Even with a slightly lowered power core, this ship is still able to pack a punch in a dogfight and live to tell the tale. Most pilots utilise the Hardpoints to mount codename weapons in addition to 2 Nomad Blasters or Cannons. Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination Review by Birdtalon |

A brilliant, agile craft that easily takes on its main opponent, the Manta. It's one of the best VHFs you can buy, but this is not a toy ship, it needs a good pilot to be made use of.
