Synopsis
William Jackson Shepherd (born 31st of December 788 A.S, Planet Denver) is a notorious mercenary working in the dark contest of intelligence exchange per count of the Liberty Security Force. He is known to be heavily backed up by the libertonian military officials with money, resources and tactical informations on his targets.
He is known to have good relations with the Corsairs, and with the Liberty Navy back in Liberty. His double background allows him to safely import some native artifacts into Liberty without the usual risk of being caught red-handed. Thus improving his relation with the Corsair families.
His mission is the termination of The Order, by any means necessary. The reason why the libertonian government sent a mercenary team in undercover down for The Order is unknown, but many think that they cannot waste precious resources with the ongoing war between them and Rheinland.
Curiosity
He is known to be very direct, aswell for the fact that the libertonian government denied their involvement in the whole deal.
