Built at Southampton Shipyard in 809 A.S., the Battleship Ark Royal was immediately sent to the Newcastle system to deter the Mollys from making further assaults against Bretonian corporations and shipping, especially in light of their capture of Belfast Production Facility. After the destruction of the Battleship Leicester, the Bretonia Armed Forces were given strict orders to leave Belfast well alone, but rumours amongst the naval personnel persist that if the Mollys try to capture another station, the Battleship Ark Royal will be moved in along with the Battleship Grimsby to put a stop to it, although with the current peace talks it seems unlikely anything will happen for now, and the Ark Royal will most likely be reassigned to the Tau frontlines sometime in the future.
