Synopsis

Omega-9 is a system still being born, having a small protostar at the core, a planetary accretion disk surrounding it, and a massive Walker Nebula at the edges. Jump Holes have recently been formed into the system, which allows for deeper exploration. No bases have been established here, but despite this, Red Hessians, Corsairs, and the mysterious Wilde have brought their war to this system like they have with many of the Omegas. Explorers are advised to launch from Rugen Station in Omega-3 for the safest route here, and are still advised to exercise caution at all times when traveling here.

Nebulae

Omega-9 Walker Nebula

The Omega-9 region of the Walker Nebula has a relatively young red dwarf. A planetary accretion disk orbits the star, but no planets have formed out of it yet.
