With the merger of the S/D and the Core, the information below is only of historical note.
The Search/Destroy Agency (The S/D, or Strontium Dogs), is currently the only official bounty hunter faction on the Discovery Server. The S/D currently has authority to operate in Liberty, Bretonia, and Rheinland. Kusari does not allow ANY bounty hunters to operate in their space, although pilots may go into Shikoku to Deshima Station.
The Director of the Agency is George Graves(Athenian). There are two assistant directors, Max DeVirgo(Agmen of Eladesor), in charge of house operations and Felix LaRouche(ProwlerPC), in charge of Prisoner Transport Services. The S/D owns the system of Omega-56, and claims territorialty around the Rostock Station in Omega 15.
A history of the Search/Destroy Agency is found here, at the faction application page.
The message dump is the Tales of the Doghouse.
Guild Core
Who are they?
The Guild Core is a group of elite bounty hunters who are currently at war with the Order to gain access to faraway Nomad systems. Generally, they fight The Order, but also hunt bounties on any pirate group such as the Bundschuh or the Brotherhood. Guild Core bounty hunters are generally never found alone. They usually operate in groups of two to four pilots.
