Ian Zlevar was born on Buffalo base,and was raised to a life of crime,however,he soon discovered that crime was not for him,and fled at the age of 15.He made his way through many jobs,and soon found himself with a group of traders calling themselves the Nisirians.He quickly rose to the position of Spokesman,and has held that job ever since.
