The Maltesian Navy (aka Maltese Navy - MN) are the national forces and law enforcements of the Nazione Maltese. They are ordered by the National Council of Malta.
Not like in most other states, the MN is both; police and military. The Navy's size is not known but in a high number esspecially when compared to the relativ low population of Malta. To serve in the navy a man or woman need no more than the Maltesian citzenship and a military education. The Maltesian Navy main excerices are:
- Protection of cardamine transporters in all Sirius
- Protection of the Maltesian borders (f. e. against Core and Corsairs)
- Expansion of the nation in the Taus and Sigmas
- Attacking hostile nationes (especially Imperio del Corsario , Imperium Omicronis, Kingdom of Gallia, Crayter Republic, Independent Miners Guild & Kusari Empire)
- Piracy of hostile nation's traders (Liberty, Gallia, Kusari, Rheinland)
- Defending allied or neutral/friendly nations against hostile nations (f. e. Bretonia against Gallia)
- Scaning traders and guests for illegal goods
- Enforce the law
- Supporting the National Council on order as much as possible.
