A nimble but deadly Bomber, the development of the Panther was possible due to sustained financial support from wealthy benefactors in Bretonia despite challenging economic conditions due to the war with Gallia. It is still somewhat scarce amongst the ranks of the Gaians, being reserved for the best pilots and most trusted allies.
