From its appearance, it looks like either a hollowed out asteroid or a space station that has become encased in ice over the years. Missions given to Rogues and Rogue allies (such as Lane Hackers and Outcasts, who frequent the station) are generally upwards of difficulty level 10 and are usually against the Bounty Hunters Guild, the Liberty Navy, or Orbital Spa and Cruise.
