Recently completed and first sent into the Omega-55 system on its maiden voyage, the Corsair Empire sent the Battleship Athos into Rheinland to lead the charge against the Red Hessians. Due to its quick advance, the Red Hessians were caught off guard with its appearance in Dresden, prompting a haphazard drive towards improving the defenses of Leipzig Station lest the Corsairs win any more ground capitalizing on the brief momentum they gained during their incursion.
