A civilian installation built in 773 A.S., Metz is largely operated by the Royal Police. Since Lorraine lacks any habitable planets, the station supplies food, water and oxygen supplies for nearby installation. Metz Station's role has increased since its first biodome was attached to it in 780 A.S., with more biodomes constructed later, making it the largest food production facility located in open space.
