Information
Hideo Saitou was born and raised in the cramped areas of Kyoto Base, the home of the Blood Dragons. He was born into a 4 person family, consisting of his mother and father (shipworkers) and his younger brother (an intelligent scientist). Hideo was never fully prepared to design or build ships and wasn't ever the brightest person. After his 21st birthday, his parents left for the Mito Shipyards and his brother the Sendai Research Complex. He found himself totally useless in a small house in a poverty stricken base. After heavy amounts of flight simulations and eventually casual glides around the Chugoku system in his Katana, he found that the Watanabe Kazoku was taking applications. With his skill set of great piloting and knowing his way around a system, he was accepted into the family. Since then, Hideo has been preparing himself for moving into their manor and equipping his ship with the correct tools and weapons.
Personality
Hideo can be somewhat stupid in some cases but can retain a smile even as they scream as he reduces them to ash. He is slightly shy towards authoritative figures yet still tries his best to impress them. Hideo has been known for giving up resources for other people, labeling him as generous. Despite these 'weak' qualities, Hideo has strong opinions on the KNF and they usually aren't backed by hard facts. There have been certain occasions where his brother has had to step in and back up his pointless arguments.
Ships
So far, Hideo only operates a Katana ship he received fresh from Mito when his parents left him in Kyoto. He cherishes every moment in it.
