Pilot carrying this ID is a member of the Kempeitai, a lawful Kusari intelligence agency, who :
- Can destroy traders in Kusari who belong to corporations headquartered in Houses that Kusari is at war with if the trader refuses to drop all cargo and leave Kusari.
- Can trade and escort traders
- Can demand contraband, levy fines and destroy ships if they refuse to comply
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within their Zone of Influence
- Cannot enter Rheinland, Liberty, Gallia or the Omicron and Omega systems
- Cannot ally with anyone except with Kusari lawfuls, Hogosha, Farmers Alliance or Gaians
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
- Cannot use any ships except Kusari or Civilian line ships
Allowed ships: Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, the Armored Transport, Gunboats
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
