While many supplies that feed and fuel the Outcasts are capable of being produced internally, a good portion of the resources the Maltese use also come from acquisitions and operations within the Houses. Without these supplies, the Outcasts would be a mere shell of their current state.
As Kusari devolves into a more unstable region, given its internal power-struggles, the attention of local polices forces have been drawn from some of the more obscure borders. This has allowed the Outcasts to move in and make a more concerted effort to raid the local supply lines. However, they found that local staging point was needed to facilitate this, acting as a place to re-fuel or drop-off for acquired goods.
Dubbed Lentini, this base was constructed in a matter of months using unrefined and sub-par parts for its framing and structural elements. Due to this, a base that might otherwise stand strong for years, is already showing signs of weakness, manifesting as fractures along some of the structural frames in the lower part of this hastily built station. Though these are patched occasionally, the sheer number of maintenance duties has attracted a number of Junkers to reside here, who have also taken interest in some of the ill-gotten gains stockpiled in the storage area.
