{{Review|[[:User:Geeky|Geeky]]|The liberty gunboat is one of the finest gunboats I've ever flown. It's strong hull, forward gun, and ok powercore make it a beast if flown correctly. A pair of them, well flown of course, is very difficult to beat, if not impossible.}}

{{Review|[[:User:Regious Tuk'Cone]]|The Type-23 Liberty Gunship is more of a mobile weapons plateform than it is of a gunship. The T-23 is one of the better gunships in the Liberty area, but unless you have a load of credits to spent, then your in pretty hot water. The forward cannon can be replaced with another class 7 weapon, like a fighter gun or class 7 missile launcher if you dont like the main gun. However, it is advised to keep this gun and try your skills with cannon. The gunship is a bit slower to get it turned around. If you flew a transport like a train, then you'll probly be used to the handling already. These type of ships are costly to maintain, if you are using missile launchers that requires ammo to use up or for NB/SB and other repairs. Technically, the gunboat can be used to for more than spacing some pirate into the vaccum of space. If you are wanting to ahve a Gunship, note that you will have to ask about owning a gunship from the faction and also should check which ships are allowed in most systems to avoid confrontation with local law-enforcement/outlaws. With 5 of the 7 turrets able to fire at targets infront, with the right weapons, can be a agent of chaos. From the rear, however, the gunship tends to become vulnerable and you may require assistance. If your a beginner, start with fighting light fighters and work your way up. This gunship, though its not the best in Sirsus, it is the best in Liberty. }}
