Just did the same to me.

I logged in on a ship docked there, checked the tags list, lo and behold, the ship that was locked out is on the list of allowed tags.

Also, defensemode 2.

BMF are having the same problems with their own bases atm.

Cardiff is an IMG station though. So only the infocard might need fixing.

Last week we were able to mine gold ore in Dublin near Graves Station but now.... nothing, nada. You shoot, ore explodes, nothing in the cargo hold.
