Dyson sphere
A Dyson sphere is an umbrella term for a variety of mega structures proposed by Earth scientists during the 20th century AD. The most common usage of the term referred to a Dyson shell, a typically 1 AU in radius sphere of unknown material harnessing the power of an entire star.
Unknown to these scientists, the Dyson shell was already realized long before the birth of human civilization in the Daam K'Vosh Empire, which utilized them as both a stabilizer for the Slomon K'Hara race and in an unknown relationship with the hypergates.
The most well known Dyson sphere in the Sirius Sector was located within the Omicron Major system in the Nomad worlds, near the edge of the Sirius sector. It was constructed by the Daam K'Vosh and later utilized by the Slomon K'Hara within Sirius, who remained dependent on it as an energy source.
At the final battle of the Nomad War, the Sirius Dyson sphere was deactivated by freelancer and Order operative Colonel Edison Trent in conjunction with several wings of Order pilots, Order Colonel Jun'ko Zane, Order leader Casper Orillion and Order operative Diedrich Von Claussen.
