Description
TITAN-Holt Products is a spaceborne equipment production company run by Willow Holt. The company itself relies exclusively on League supplies and funds to sustain itself, and in exchange for its loyalty, has access to the Bustard Merchant Fleet to procure its necessities.
Concordia Biotics
Concordia Biotics is the bio-engineering subsidiary of the company, and focuses on human enhancement and more survivable livestock for more sustainable colonies. Its main avenue of business is outfitting Exitus Wing pilots with biological "upgrades" for better field performance.
Bases Populated
- Freeport 12, Galileo -- Operations and Maintenance of the Exitus Wing detachment
- Planet Colebrook, New Hampshire -- Colonization and terraforming effort
- Planet Houston, Texas -- Recruitment Center
- Planet Nuremberg, Munich -- Recruitment Center
- Baku Depot, Omega-52 -- Recruitment Center, Shipyard, Market
Terraforming Operation
In late 825 A.S. TITAN-Holt Products began a terraforming operation on Planet Colebrook to further house its workers and dependents. With gridlock in the Liberty Government about granting of permission for the construction of the Docking Ring, the refit Kestrel fleet based off the Magic Brick was yet again expanded to fit the needs of the colonists. This, coupled with an independent asteroid surveying and extraction concern, provided the backbone of the "quick and dirty" terraforming operation.
The water extracted from the Bethlehem Nebula, usually dropped near the Southern polar cap of the planet was sufficient to increase the planetary mass, coupled with the release of the polar water from Project CRIMSON SHORES.
On Planet Colebrook
TITAN-Holt Products maintains an outpost of Concordia Biotics, as well as entire planned communities for when the terraforming has made the atmosphere breathable.
Port Joseph Smith is the largest settlement of colonists established, and as such, the THP crew has set up their formal center of administration there.
Due to the expense of the project, further funding has been gained from other League entities through the sale of large tracts of land to serve as personal estates of the Senior Staff and their associates.
The Sea of Discovery, the largest body of water on the planet, had also been found to contain valuable minerals in its water, and a secret part of CRIMSON SHORES was, when the sea was boiled away through sheer heat, to gather the formerly free-floating minerals for other League products.
The PILGRIM project was the preliminary to CRIMSON SHORES, and served as mobile atmosphere generators. Every zeppelin was secured to a supply of highly compressed liquid water, and when the outgassing was detected by telemetry, further water was sprayed out, usually evaporating within a few hours. Even in the present day, multiple PILGRIM Zeppelins remain on active duty, in the event of a disaster.
The New Hampshire Collapse
With telemetry revealing the Jump Holes in and out of New Hampshire destabilizing, most League assets were evacuated, leaving only their Hyperspatial Coordinates to guide supply convoys in. Over 90% of the colonists on Planet Colebrook were moved out, so as to avoid overtaxing the systems, and more machinery was moved on in a last-ditch effort to give the colonists every chance at surviving mostly cut off from League supply chains. The plans for a Docking Ring over Colebrook were abandoned in haste.
