Brief biography
Childhood
William Edward Storgen was born 30th January 800 A.S. on Manhattan in the family of workers Edward and Lilian Storgen, but a secondary source says he was born on the planet Toledo, when Order was re-created under Orillion's leadership, but nowadays no one can prove it. During the first decade a young boy was no different from his peers: studied at elementary, then middle school, played with friends and just lived as an ordinary child until March 813th. His parents were trapped by unknown Rheinland terrorists covered as intelligence in the Nottingham (former Omega-3) and the heavy train has been severely damaged by few torpedoes. Only a few crewmembers survived a disaster but not Mr. and Mrs. Storgen.
It will be much later revealed, attackers were a part of a terrorist group called "Die Wilde Wessen" which usually terrified trade convoys within Omegas.
Youth
After his parents' death, a 13-year teenager went to the Edge Worlds, where his uncle Daniel lived on the Freeport 10. For the next four years, William passed a middle school, was learning to pilot fighter and light miner transports to work on IMG and get some cash just to live. He met his future friend Miles who accompanied William and helped him to revive from his depression when even his uncle has been disappeared.
They were ordinary freelancers, what means they need to do different work - tedious work on mining fields in Tau-23, escorting unpleasant traders - independent and corporations, participation in illegal races or even rare acts of piracy.
In 822 A.S., William joined The Order, being recruited by unnamed agents on the Freeport 11. For three months, he was in the secondary fleet, then his application was on hold for some time and finally approved to become a Primary Fleet pilot and then an officer.
Personality
A calm person doesn't like to act irresponsibly. There are not too many people, who could say about William because he tries to keep emotions away from his close environment. He was a pretty naive and kind person, who likes nature and life. Tried to keep alive even his enemies, if that was possible as the act of mercy to lost and confused people. In absolute anger towards Nomads and their sympathizers and ready to burn them everywhere and whenever.

24/01/822 - Joined the Order
19/05/822 - promoted from Agent to Veteran Agent
21/11/822 - promoted from Veteran Agent to Agent Commander, assigned to mid-command and awarded by Menkaures's Service Pin
15/10/826 - adjusting Agent Commander rank to Commander
06/12/826 - promoted from Commander to Captain. OCV Nekhbet construction has been initiated
08/01/827 - "Osiris"-class OCV Nekhbet construction has been finished and ready to be deployed
18/01/827 - participated in Operation Armageddon and led battlegroup to victory
16/02/827 - successfully engaged Core base at Nauru's orbit and led the assault group to victory
02/04/827 - successfully protected Dabadoru station from the Core attack and along with OCV Svizra and OCV Osiris counter-attacked the Core stronghold. As a result, Invicta Research Station has been destroyed
10/04/827 - promoted from Captain to Major
01/06/827 - successfully completed intel operation against Gallic Enclave with the purpose to detect Nomad activity in Taus and Hebrides
14/06/827 - leads the operation against Nomads in deep Omicron Minor sectors. As the result, Nomad carrier has been destroyed.
17/06/827 - has been promoted to Commodore as the part of Overwatch High Command.
09/09/827 - repels massive Nomad attack on Dabadoru station and numerous small attacks on Freeport 11.
13/09/827 - Commodore Storgen and admiralty lead the Order battlegroup towards Capetown Station and crush The Core forces at the edge of Pohnpei nebula, defeating and drowning them back. The Order temporarily managed to establish stability in Omicron Zeta.
19/09/827 - Storgen and his squadron join Enclave Defense Authority forces with the purpose to assault dangerous infected Gallic duchess Lauren La'Row and her flagship Charente. RNS Charente had been defeated and badly damaged in the Orkney system, however not completely destroyed.
05/12/827 - leads the operation "Spear of Palmyra" in the Omicron Zeta to reduce the numbers of Nomads which were coming from Pohnpei Nebula.
07/02/828 - in attempt to stop Nomads spreading in Omicron Zeta and Omicron Delta, Commodore takes the lead over Order strike group and moves through the jump hole to the unknown system. After two days of intense battle, Nomads lost one of their hives and several carriers. The Order brought major victory against Nomads.
