A DSE deep space research facility, in place to research the nearby pulsar. It was cut off from most supplies when the Rogues fortified the system, receiving only sporadic supplies, a full evacuation has been made impossible as DSE does not want the Rogues to gain the valuable data contained within the base.
The inhabitants are only a hair's breadth from going insane and becoming a new threat to the Rogues bastion.
