DSCore: Gammu AI Drone

Within the inhumanly complex plating of this mysterious vessel pulses the life of a sentient machine. Cradled amidst miles of gossamer wiring a swirling maelstrom of electronic information is processed to form the mind, and control the body, of this delicate life as it seeks, and fights, to establish its own place amongst the stars.

Powered by unknown technologies that allows it to tap into the fires of stellar bodies, this light craft converts the largely ignored energies of cosmic radiation for propulsion and firepower.

This unique vessel cannot be categorized under any of the standard ship-types because of its unusual characteristics:

• Bomber powercore
• SHF agility
• VHF weaponslots
• VHF/Bomber hybrid weapons that are unique to this ship
• SHF hull size

Flying this ship is a bit more difficult than flying VHFs, but its unique weapons are difficult to dodge due to their rewarding refire-rate and a generous powercore able to sustain the chain of energy for more than 20 seconds. The ship comes with a powerful graviton shield and thruster, and the key of success to this vessel's unpredictable strength is the element of surprise: The type of energy that the Stem guns use is unknown, making counter-tech impossible. The proper use of the guns is debatable - some professional pilots avoid using the uninterrupted chain of fire until their opponent's shield is down, the reason for this are 2 extremely efficient class 5 AI Side Turrets that make the most notable part of overall damage. Chain-shooting is practically automatic, and once your opponents shield is down it makes aiming very difficult for him.

This ship is very vulnerable to missiles, its shape makes it an easy target. Your best bet is to hit the missiles before they hit you.
