Toplita is a small outpost constructed in 817 A.S by the Junkers to take advantage of various smuggling routes through Cassini, although their official cover is that the base was established to deconstruct the nearby Foster outpost. Parts of the station still appear to be under construction, therefor it isn't unusual to see Junkers arrive with Hull Panels or other construction materials - although most of those materials will never be added to Toplita itself.
