Pilot carrying this ID is a Xeno Terrorist Guard, who :
- Can escort Xeno smugglers
- Can demand cargo from any transport,
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with Liberty lawfuls against non-Liberty pirate or military invasions
- Cannot demand credits
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
