Pilot carrying this ID is a Hogosha, who :
- Can demand credits or cargo from non-Samura traders and unallied smugglers or factions
- Can fulfill bounty contracts
- Can trade and only escort Hogosha artifact smugglers
- Can lawfully transport Artifacts within Kusari
- Can engage pirates, terrorists, Junkers and lawfuls within their Zone of Influence
- Cannot ally with any lawfuls except with KNF, KSP and Samura
- Cannot attack Samura, KNF or KSP ships,
- Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime. Transporting Artifacts is not sanctionable if your ID does not say you can lawfully do so. It just means that there may be in-character consequences if you are not lawfully allowed.
