Tholey is united operation of [[Daumann]], the [[Federal Republic of Rheinland]] and the [[Bounty Hunter Guild]] (BHG). Rheinland wants to settele on the planet [[Saarbrueken]] in which orbit you found Tholey itself. The problem is that this system is already taken by the [[LWB]] and their allies, the [[Red Hessians]]. The [[Saar]] system is the biggest stronghold of the LWB. This system is with its farms on [[Eindhoven]] and its shipyards at [[Merzig Depot]] the fundament of the LWB. Because of that Rheiland found a big resistance of the LWB and the Hessains when the try to get the system. Daumann built up Tholey as a depot for the day when Saarbrueken is ready for its frist settlements, but now the base is the headquater of the BHG, who was called by Rheinland to take the LWB. As long the LWB are able to attack Saarbrueken is a settlement by Rheinland not possible.
