With the disastrous loss of the York battlegroup and Southampton Shipyard, the Armed Forces scrambled to salvage the situation as well as possible. Having taken all they could with them, the Bretonia Carrier prototype Warwick, which had served as a testbed at Southampton Shipyard became the rally point and new command center for the remnants of the York Battlegroup.
Continuing the design philosophy of all ships employed by the Armed Forces, the Carrier Warwick is heavily plated, heavily armed and exceedingly well prepared to handle tactical deployments of sizeable forces within mere minutes, at least in theory. Having been pressed into service out of necessity, most of her operating systems are running suboptimally and the ship is understaffed.
