Liberty Republic

Liberty is one of the four lawful Houses in Sirius. It is located toward the center of Sirius, and is centered around the New York System. Other important inhabited systems include the Texas System, Colorado System, and the California System. The Liberty Navy maintains a stronghold in the Virginia System, and the LPI maintain similar defenses in the Illinois System.

The LSF and the Liberty Navy share control of the Alaska System, where top-secret research is done away from prying eyes- entering the system or the minefield surrounding the jumpgate to it without express permission is a capital offense and will be dealt with by swift execution. There is also a Nomad presence within the system.

Liberty is the base of operations for the following factions; the law enforcement bodies the Liberty Navy, the Liberty Police, Inc., and the Liberty Security Force; the corporations Ageira Technologies, Interspace Commerce, and Universal Shipping; the unlawful groups the Liberty Rogues and the Xenos. Liberty also contains a significant amount of Outcasts and Lane Hackers on the border areas, as well as being the home of the Junkers. Although they do not maintain a base in Liberty, the Texas System was the origin point of the Bounty Hunters Guild.
