As commerce and some economic freedoms began to flood the Border Worlds, so did greater access to technology and the need for change. The Sabre is the fruit of the Border Worlds' ingenuity and pure capitalism coalesced into one lethal embodiment. This ship boasts enormous power capacity as well as extreme defensive capability.
Handling
Reduced mass makes this fighter very responsive to all strafing manuevers, while its grand total of seven forward firing guns (6 guns, 1 turret) enables it to deliver more firepower than most VHFs would be capable of. Despite its speed and firepower however, one will quickly notice that the Sabre is not the smallest of fighters, and its energy reactor limits its firepower potential. While an almost even match for the Titan, the Sabre needs to nonetheless work a lot more to outmanuever enemy ships and is therefore best suited for skilled pilots.
