Pilot carrying this ID is a Nomad/Hybrid, who :
- Can attack only at self-defense or assisting Nomads and Wild in combat.
- Cannot ally with non-Nomads.
- Cannot attack Nomads and Wild.
- Cannot demand credits or cargo.
- Cannot land anywhere except the Shrine.
Allowed ships: Public Nomad Light Fighter (Nomad Morph) only.
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.
