Pilot carrying this ID is employed by Orbital Spa and Cruise (OSC), who :
- Can trade and escort traders
- Can hunt pirates and terrorists within Liberty, or within systems where OSC has a base, or in self-defense, or to protect another trader.
- Cannot hunt Corsairs in the Sigma 19 system
- Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
- Cannot ally with any unlawfuls except in the defence of Orbital Spa and Cruise facilities
- Cannot fulfill bounty contracts except against Gaians
- Cannot use any ship with more than 4,500 cargo space
