Finishing construction in late 825 and deployed in 826, the Red Hessian Battleship Zuschen wields the latest technological updates and materials developed by the Hessians. It first demonstrated its power and capability in the field during the attack on Vierlande Prison Station and Wedel, the local Unioner base. Alongside the Carrier Alvin Katz the Zuschen carried the weight of the Hessian’s fist in an operation which cost the lives of hundreds.

After the success in Hamburg, the Zuschen has since been re-deployed to oversee the invasion of Cologne with the Battleship Kassel, the Zuschen prioritized its attack on the gate leading to Stuttgart, destroying Olpe Border Station before entering Stuttgart to screen the Kassel's invasion of Saarbrucken and capture of Tholey Station, and keep the Rheinland Military tied down in Stuttgart. Eager to repeat successful Hessian tactics used in Dresden, the Zuschen keeps to the cover of Westnebel and serves as a launch pad for raids within the system and its presence prevents the Rheinland Military from moving on Cologne
